IIM Shillong launched a new program in Kolkata on faculty development and mentoring. They have partnered BIBS for this program. The program will cover range of areas including the basic challenges faced by faculty members. The program will also emphasize on improving teaching and learning skills

Thoughts lead to knowledge..”- Abdul Kalam The PGPFM Programme in its first year will focus on the corporate structure with a special reference to Finance Management and Market trends. Students will be mentored under Illustrious BIBS Faculty and specialists from NSE. The programme will make use of simulated NSE software and provide mock and live trading terminals to educate students on a real time platform. Apart from this, students will get to complete 2 semesters of MBA curriculum including Placement and Management Skills training.
