Research has clearly proven the fact that people who learn from people who are in the job learn much better. This is because people, who are in the job, can explain a theoretical concept much better by drawing from real life scenarios —this naturally makes the study more interesting. The mentorship program at BIBS focuses on providing valuable perspective to students allowing them to gain insight into the corporate world. The Mentoring Board consists of experts from the industry who are well versed with the requirements of the business world and groom a student accordingly.
